Hi guys,

I’m taking REG soon and I am getting caught up in Business Law, specifically Contracts and Sales. Does anyone have a nice summary table that distinguishes the differences between “Common Law” and “UCC (Sales)” in a table format? I know there are quite a few differences between these two, and I keep confusing one with the other. If anyone has a table that shows the major differences, that would be great.
