Hi,

I took Reg in Q2 and am waiting for 6/28 for the score release. In the meantime I’m continuing to review and keep the material fresh in my mind just in case I fail. I was wondering if the phase outs and limitation thresholds will change this quarter for the 2018 tax law. Or does that stuff not change until Q1 of 2019?

From my understanding, the 2018 tax law will not be tested until 2019.

The new phaseouts and limitation thresholds will be tested starting Q1 2019. AICPA did change its blueprint for the exams for people taking the exams starting July 1. You should definitely go to the AICPA website and download the new blueprints as an aid.
