I have been studying REG for over a month and found it easier to study if I break the material down into categories.

For instances, placing all the carry backs and carry forwards in one category

Such as: Corporate Capital Gains: 3 cb, 5 cf

    NOLs: 2 cb, 20 cf

Also, applies when to use adjusted basis as opposed to FMV, and when gains and losses apply

I used this study method for the other parts, but cannot remember any specific examples.

Hey, if this helps you with studying great! Just another study idea.

    FAR 82
    BEC 82
    AUD 93
    REG 87
