I’m doing Wileys Test Bank Q’s, and have quiet a few Property Law questions relating to mortgages and deeds and so forth, and a couple of Alimony Recapture Q’s. I didn’t see anything in Beckers MCQ’s related to this stuff… Is this stuff still tested on REG? Should I skip it, or just see the correct answer and try to understand it?

I'd know it well enough to make an educated guess on the exam. Don't waste your time though. You'd be better off knowing the heavily tested items like AMT, deductions before//from AGI, S-Corps, and partnerships rather than something you may only see once or not at all.
