I am trying to reschedule my exam on the prometric website and for some reason I am unable to get to the page where I can view the test date availability to reschedule….is anyone else having this issue with the schedule/reschedule? It first asks for my confirmation number, etc, then goes to this Biometric Consent agreement screen, then there is a link…but, it just keeps taking me in circles to the same screen. I am frustrated…can someone please help. lol!

it did that to me before, so I just called and rescheduled. When I tried it last week, it did work.

Had the same problem yesterday. Almost pushed me into the 5 day zone where I had to pay the $88.00 to reschedule.

This is easy… use a different browser. It didn't work for me when I used FF. Worked when I used Safari.
