Phase out amounts?

Do I need to memorize 2011 phase out amounts? I see that there were new changes in July 2011 for Reg. In becker, they have provided 2010 and 2011 numbers for many tables and sections. why do we need 2010 anymore or do we need to memorize both? It will be more helpful if someone who took an exam this month can respond. Thanks so much!

I took the exam this month and studied with Becker. I remember something to the effect of that we don't necessarily need to know the exact amounts of the phase-outs, just that there are phase-out for those specific items.

You don't have to know the phase out amounts. Just know the deduction or credit. I took it a few days ago.

    FAR - 07/08/11 - 86 (Becker Fast Pass)
    REG - 07/27/11 - 91 (Becker Fast Pass & Ninja Notes)
    AUD - 08/13/11 - 93 (Becker Fast Pass)
    BEC - 08/31/11 - 90 (Becker Fast Pass)

like everyone else said, nope, i took it yesterday. don't get sucked into too much detail with the numbers and such that becker gives. i over studied and probably costed me a couple easy questions. i knew the big picture and memorized most of the book due to the MC questions but lotta specifics weren't tested heavily
