    I see

    Ethics

    Business Law

    Tax Procedures

    Tax of Property

    Tax of Individuals

    Tax of Entities

Did any of you find that it was smarter to study material in a specific order? Does 1 part serve as prerequisite/foundation for other topics or does 1 part serve as a capstone overview of the other 5? Should I do business law before or after the other 5?

You really can break it down it 3 sections

    Tax
    Blaw
    Professional responsibility/ethics

I think Property tax is more of a priority in taxations, you may be able to squeeze by individual without it.

Here is how I would prioritize tax:

    Property Tax
    Individual
    Corporate
    S-Corp
    Partnership
    Estate/Gift

Other than that, order doesn't really matter in Blaw, or Ethics. Maybe Agency then Contracts then Sales for BLAW.

Who am I kidding, I haven't even gotten my score back. Take this advice with a grain of salt.

    AUD - 1st - 60 (12/12), 61 (2/13), 61 (8/13), 78! (11/15)
    REG - 55 (2/16) 69 (5/16) Retake(8/16)
    BEC - 71(5/16) Retake (9/16)
    FAR - (8/16)

I agree with mtaylo24 on the Tax, Blaw, Professional responsibility/ethics order. However, when I took the test I was heavily tested on the Corporate, S-Corp, Partnership topics in the SIMS and even the MCs so I would make sure you focus on those. The individual stuff can come later though so I agree with that point as well. Not very many questions on that but you should still study it.

    AUD - 69, 77
    REG - 74, 81
    FAR - 75!
    BEC - 71, 82

    IL candidate!

    Finally done (5/24/16)!! Yahooooooo!

tayo, where would you put tax process in that?

Unfortunately, property transactions are a huge weakness for me so I think that's where I'll focus and see where I stand in a week or 2
