I took Reg on November 30th and since it is my last exam I tried the Ohio Loophole and I was able to proceed…..now does this mean that I did not pass or could my mark simply not be submitted yet seeing as I took the exam less than a week ago….I am registered in Colorado….thanks

I am not 100% positive, but I thought the “Ohio Loophole” was effective only after the AICPA has released the scores to NASBA, but that is a little strange if they let you re-register.

If I recall correctly, the loophole doesn't work for Colorado. And yes I agree, the loophole only works after the AICPA releases your score.

These days, all Nasba states including Colorado and Ohio have same process for score checking and re-registration etc.,If you are registered in Colorado, then try Colorado, why Ohio?
