After reading several forums and posts, it seems to me that practicing with the business law sims may be a waste. I think that it’s better to spend more time with the tax sims and totally disregard the business law sims. This will give me more study time to become acquainted with the tax research questions, the tax AL, and tax forms.

As far as Wiley goes, the bus. law sims only exist in the book and not on the online test bank. If there is a bus. law sim on the actual REG exam, I think it will probably be not much more than an extended MCQ problem or perhaps a partnership calculation, both which are covered by just practicing with the bus law MCQ’s.

My impression is that *understanding* the MCQs prepares you for everything except research SIMs, so I think you'll be OK not focusing as much on the business law SIMs as long as you understand the business law concepts
