Anyone came across a new capital gain rate for 20%? if hold property more than 5 years, the rate goes down to 18%? For 10-15% tax brackets is 10% and 8% if hold property more than 5 years?

Does anyone knows if the dividend rate change? 15% for most taxpayers and 0% for low incomm taxpayers?

Nope it didn't change. 15% for most taxpayers and 0% for those in 10-15% tax brackets.
