Hypothetically if you pass a part on 1/1/12, then pass another part on 4/1/12, if you dont pass the remaining two, what happens 18 months after 1/1/12? Do you lose both or just the first part passed on 1/1/12?

You just lose the one you passed on 1/1/12

It's a rolling 18 months. Basically, you need to have 4 unexpired passing scores to be done. Hope that helps!

    BEC - 11/25/08-61, 8/31/09-76*, 2/24/12-76
    AUD - 2/21/09-53, 8/31/10-60, 11/30/11-83
    REG - 11/30/09-68, 5/31/12-79
    FAR - 8/29/11-81

    IL Ethics - 93

    *Lost to 18-month Rule

Each section is effective for 18 months. The countdown for that section starts the day you took the test (not when the results were released, posted, etc.)

First Test: Sat for it 1/1/12, expires 18 months later on 7/1/13

Second Test: Sat for it 4/1/12, expires 18 months later on 10/1/13

So if you don't complete the remaining three sections by 7/1/13, only the first part expires, and as jp said, the 18-months keeps rolling until you have 4 unexpired completions.

    BEC - 67, 79 - (expires 5/24)
    REG - 74, 72, 77 - Key to Passing: RTFQ
FAR - 77 - Chance favors the prepared mind.
    AUD - 64, (5/14) - FREEDOM!! (i hope)
