Need REG Motivation

I’m pretty burnt out, I’m taking REG for the 3rd time with a 66 on the first try and 73 on the second. I’ve got my NINJA notes/flashcards/audio, Becker multiple choice questions and am making my own flashcards. I’m finding it a little hard to get motivated the third time around/slightly defeated. Exam is schedule on October 4th. I currently have BEC and AUD passed, with REG and FAR to go – and….I lose BEC at the end of October if I don’t pass REG/FAR.

Any motivation/tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

@alrosenth…..here is motivation for you….do you really want to take 3 more exams instead of 2?? I know it is difficult, I am taking REG for the second time after a 73 the first time, but think of it this way, you are almost there…you likely just missed a few of the details that make all the difference in REG. Make sure you print out the Becker tax updates and know them for your exam in October. The software questions are still using 2012 numbers, so if you do well on the MCQ's in the software you should do well on the exam if you make sure you know the 2013 rules. Good Luck!!

    AUD- 84
    FAR- 75
    REG- 78...I am DONE!!!
    BEC- 79

I'm taking REG on Oct 5…so I think that we should assume that the first week of October 2013 is the best time to take REG. πŸ˜‰

I'm kinda with you in the “needing motivation” group. It's hopefully my last test, and I don't have any expirations coming up soon, but I still am struggling with it. Doesn't help that I'm sick today. 😐 But just 2 weekends (counting today!) till test day, so we gotta work hard and pull this off!

And with that, I need to get off of here and go grab my book again. Somehow it's harder to distract myself on the internet when I end up talking about my need to study and remembering that if I don't study hard, this journey will extend another 3 months at least…

I'm taking Reg on 10/05 too. I'm motivated but keep zoning out! It's terrible. I feel like I'm wasting precious weekend study time. πŸ™

    B - 33, 71, 79!
    A - 32, 61, 70, 83!
    R - 33, 58, 73, 69, 81!
    F - 47, 78! πŸ™‚
After 3 long years, I'm finally DONE!
I could not have done it without NINJA MCQs.

I had to take REG 4 times before I finally passed it. I was about to give up because I was stuck in the 71,72 nightmare but gave it one more shot and scored a 10 point increase!

Now, I am studying for my rematches with FAR and AUD so I don't have to battle REG again.

Good Luck to everyone studying right now!!! πŸ™‚
