So I am using Becker and I have watched the videos, read the book, searched another71.com, Google etc. and I still don’t get C Corp basis. Does anyone have a good resource that breaks it down in terms of what the corp/shareholder record? I think Becker does an awful job with this area and I am super frustrated.

It might be helpful if you look up the info from any review book and classify them into the following categories: formation, operation, current distribution and liquidation.

@CPA CMA, thanks. I do have them broken out like that on flashcards but I consistently get them wrong and I feel like it is because I have the in's and out's wrong. I might need to dig out my tax textbook.
