I will be taking regulation on this Saturday, and hopefully I will be done with this cursed test at last.
I am worried I may be memorizing answers on Ninja MCQ involuntarily and get too good scores.
So far I did about 2.6k non-biz law (I barely did biz law on ninja.. just trying to get the concepts by watching stuff while commuting) averaging about 84%.
I have taken regulation back in April, studied about 3 weeks and got 70. I allocated a month for this retake so it has been little over 3 weeks now.
As I am now in review phase, I plan to do 30 MCQ testlets for each section and start to cover simulations.
Did testlet for each topic after work today:
Individual taxation: 29/30 = 96%
Entities taxation: 27/30 = 90%
Property taxation: 29/30 = 96%
Tax process: 30/30 = 100%I have been hovering around 90%… and this worries me because I really think the scores are inflated. Inevitably I remember many answers but I try to reason why the answer is correct at least.
I guess I will try to cover in different aspects and keep doing the mcq.
I just feel physically and emotionally drained. Maybe I should revisit Wiley book again..
Materials: Wiley book + Ninja MCQ
