Medical expenses 7.5% or 10% of AGI

    I don’t know why review course keeps switching numbers on this. Are medical expenses deduction 7.5% or 10% of AGI?

    Both. It depends on the taxpayers date of birth. If the taxpayer is 65 or older, then they get the 7.5%. Everyone else is SOL and get the 10%
