Is it possible to finish and master individual chapters in 3 weeks without too much background?
any tips on that?

It depends with what section of CPA tests.

Perhaps you are talking about review course chapters/modules? If that is the case, yes it is possible- but you will probably need to be doing them faster than 1 per three weeks. Take Becker for example there are 6 modules in AUD and BEC, 8 in REG, and 10 in FAR. 30 total modules x 3 weeks per = 90 total weeks of study time. When you add in review time, etc. you could easily be at 104 weeks or more (2+ years). Keep in mind that most state boards validate scores for 18 months (ie all 4 sections must be passed in 18 months or early scores begin to expire). The clock does not start until you take (and pass) the 1st exam, but you will need to get the other three done in the following 18 months. You may find this to be enough time if you take FAR first, but you don't want to get yourself in a time bind if possible.

Also note, that sometimes state boards do extend scores past 18 months, however I would NOT count on this as you are making a study plan.
