Long-term vs. Short-term

    I know inherited stock is always longterm. Something is always short-term but I can’t remember what it is. Can anybody help me? Figured it out. Corporate capital loses are always short-term

    If I remember correctly, there is no difference in treatment of Corporate Gains/Losses. They are all taxed at the Corporate rate.
