How do you guys prepare for Law section of regulation? Im haveing really hard time staying focuse. Also, thats the part I did really bad on the first time I took the exam. Scored 54 🙁

I'm retaking REG as well! I actually did pretty well on Laws but flanked on Individual Taxation.

I did Wiley and Gleim MCs on laws. I figured they can't be too creative with questions when it comes to Laws. It has to be pretty straightforward. I recommend doing lots of MCs especially with Wiley! Best of luck to you! =)

Yea i think the best way is to do a ton of mcq's.. I had a rough go at it too. Normally I pick things up pretty quick, but I had a hard time making this stuff stick. May I ask your overall score, while scoring a 54 on Law? Curious because I want to see if its reasonbly possible to do ok while scoring poorly on law (thinking I might be in the same boat)…

Here is the breakdown of my score: Overall score was 71 🙁

Ethics & Resp. 74

Business Law 58 I thought it was 54!!!

Tax Procedures 74

Property Trans. 86

Individual Tax 75

Entity Tax 85

I was also weaker in WC. Let me know if you guys have any advice on improving that.

Thanks, I have a feeling my score will be very similar to your. I might score a little higher in Individual, but maybe lower in property transactions… Hoping for the best, good luck with your restudy!
