Anyone have any tips before I go take REG tomorrow? I have done around 1800 mcqs in Wiley with an overall score of 79. I am weak on Property Transactions and a few of the UCC sections.

I am terrified of this exam tomorrow and have been for the past few days. I am reading everyone’s horror stories about the SIMS, and am convinced it won’t go well for me.

Don't worry if the sims don't go as well as you hope. Know going in that you'll have at least 2 sims where you feel like you're completetely guessing. I felt good after MC then wanted to cry after my sims. Just make sure you nail the research question and make an educated guess on those sims you don't know. With as much prep as you've done, I'm sure you'll do great. Good luck!!

First of all, breathe! REG is a beast but you can absolutely conquer it.

The best tip I have to offer is, when you're 100% stumped, choose the answer that results in the most revenue for the IRS, it's often the correct answer.
