I am using Roger and there is only one video that covers both of the JOBS Act and Dodd Frank Act. He does not go much into detail regarding both of these Acts. I was wondering if these Acts are heavily tested on the exam or is it something I should not really focus on. I am going to read the textbook on it but I am not sure if I should spend that much time trying to learn it. All help is appreciated!!! Thanks.

I just took Bec and half the stuff I made sure to learn was no where to be seen. It is truly an awful feeling when you spend two minutes studying something and see it staring at you on exam day.

Giving up is not an option.
