Is there any reason for it? Should I skip these topics for review?

You should study those topics because they are tested somewhat.

I am adding new sections to the notes as quickly as possible…adding Sales right now.

I used to just sell the tax section, but I started adding B-Law. I usually announce a new section added on my facebook page and then people e-mail me for the update.

I hope you are finding the notes in their current state helpful…the feedback on them has been very positive, but I am striving to improve them each day.
