I don't know what any of those mean except for D! I highly doubt that would be on the exam, and if it was, I doubt it would hurt your score much if you got it wrong. Remember, if you don't know something like this, no one probably does, and this exam is graded on a “curve.”

I think it would be weird if someone consulted a CPA to find out if they can discriminate against transvestites. I mean… of all the things that I expect to advise my clients about… this just isn't one of them.

Is transvestitism a disability? Are you sure it's covered by the ADA or is there another governmental entity that protects against discrimination against that type?

@lude – the exam is not graded on curve. If you check out the scoring psychometrics on the AICPA website, you will find out how the sections are graded.
