    gorbuha – You need to now seriously focus on studying for REG. Study every chapter like it is important. Do not leave anything not understood or half understood. Know it like the back of your hand.

    REG can bring a Complete SIM even on the smallest Tax topic. So do not risk it. Stop posting about what you did in the past. Start looking forward and get better prepared to take your REG exam in Q3.

    Study hard – study smart. Learn everything!

    You can do it ! there are so many people that hate tax including myself.

    Also you don't need to be a Tax expert or even work in tax to pass this. You just need to learn the material, Practice like a mad person until you know this inside out. Understand the concepts and always put yourself in the shoes of the IRS

    Think this ” How can I get the most money out of the tax payer legally”

    Lastly – do a lot of research using Google on areas you may not get from your CPA review. I looked up videos on you tube and got several people explained a concept to me.

    I searched for material on the IRS publication website ( you can google that too )

    I went all out and said I would rather over study and pass then understudy and fail. Lastly – get proactive in the REG study group. Just start asking about concepts that you are not getting and see if others can help explain it to you.

    Don't talk about the past.. Its gone. Look forward.

    Best of Luck!!

    I was actually just looking around for you to see how you did… I was feeling pretty miserable about my REG exam experience, but I remember you seeming to have a rougher time because of the lack of studying. I think the actual score is probably just throwing you off because of your other scores. You seemed pretty confident in the fact that you had failed that one in your other posts… Just need to accept that a 49 is the price tag for the lack of studying – even if you thought you'd probably squeak out a 60+.

    Once you study all the material, I'm sure you will do fine. Just got to cover it all beforehand 🙂

    Mommy needs a cookie. Holding the vodka off until the next kid comes out in August! Can't believe I'm done!

    @leeconolly,

    Thank you so much! I am really struggling with memorizing the material for this exam especially taxation but I am still going through with it. Hopeful as ever 🙂
