    Look at your score breakdown and make sure you know your weak areas. I am positive you can make a comeback as long as you study all of the material. Your past scores prove that you can do it!!!

    @gorbuha

    I got a 47 on REG, and then a 60, and then a 70. I'm taking it for the 4th time on 8/2/2014. Is there a comeback? Let's find out lol.

    @Determined_To_Succeed,

    I wish you good luck! I can see that you are indeed determined so you WILL succeed. I have not studied taxation at all so I believe this was the reason why I failed.

    @coolpunkamy,

    Thank you for your support! It is just that my self confidence dropped so low now. I have passed three out of 4 on the first try but this is my nemesis. This is something that I dread and I have to face it and fight it with everything I have.

    One question though: I am using 2012 Wiley book and it talks about bonus depreciation for 2011 and 2012… Did it not expire as of 12/31/12 so that I can skip it ?

    Always use the most recent study materials. Going back 1 year is okay. But anything more than that is just kinda iffy. So 2013 materials are okay, but 2012 or earlier, I would not recommend using them.

    For me I have 6-8 Business law Questions on the whole exam. If I had studied tax I'd have a 20 or 30, lol. If I skiped Blaw I'd have passed easy.

    Study tax >_<

    Dude, you need to stop posting about this forty nine. I think I've seen it in at least six different topics. You didn't study for a major portion of the exam yet you claim this has shook your confidence. Uhhh, did you feel confident going in? Now you keep asking if there's coming back “from that”.. from what? Not studying? Yeah, there's coming back from that… it's called studying. As in studying all chapters tested on the exam. Are you a troll, or did you just not get enough sleep yesterday? I got a 23 in REG so your 49 isn't earth shattering.

    AUD - 75*, 88 done 5/14! (*exp)
    BEC - 74 , 77
    REG - 65 , 76 (10 point combooo!!)
    FAR - 69 , 75

    QUOTE from @Java230 “I will give you a hint, the test will have no microbiology, no geography, no physics (E=Mc^2), no geology, no programming (java code 🙂 ) Just study tax!!! Tax!! Study tax!!. ” <<<<< LOLOLOL

    I will apologize for accusing you of being a troll then 🙂 ….still not sure why you were posting about it in every thread though!

    I have to ask, did you take the same strategy for other exams you passed on first try? Did you skip major sections of them?
