Test difficulty from one testing window to the next

    When an exam pass rate is high for a previous quarter, do they increase the difficulty of the exam for the following testing window? For example, REG had the highest pass rate out of the four exams in Q4 2009; therefore, will the test difficulty be increased for Q1 2010?

    i do not know but that would not be fair and they said they aim at providing a fair test
