SO I have REG retake tomorrow. I have to pass it or else I lose my BEC credit.

I have been doing tons of Wiley practice questions/reviewing flashcards/wrote the Ninja notes 1 time….my concern is that I am solid on the tax topics/business structure/Securities Reg Acts…but I have been awful at the remainder of business law(contracts/attachment/bankruptcy,etc)

Am I toast on tomorrows exam feeling like I know just the bare minimum of the business law stuff?

The other REG exams i took were like 90% tax…so i am praying that tomorrows is too.

Any feedback or last minute business law tips/mnemoics/etc?

It’s a little late to retain much new stuff…so anything that can get me an extra point here and there would be appreciated greatly

Sorry I just saw this one 🙁 My advice if you have time is to get the Ninjas audio and listen to the B-law part before your test. You didn't say what time you are taking REG. Good luck and sorry for missing this one.

Thanks for replying…i am taking it at 8:30am…so i dont know if that is feasible unfortunately

If you have a good grasp of the tax stuff, you can still pass.
