My first part I passed (FAR) will expire in November 2011, if I pass my last part in November before the FAR expires, do I have to retak FAR?

No, you are good as long as your test date is prior to your expiration date.

You need to sit for FAR at or before November, 2011. e.g. Depending on what your score report says is the expiration date, you could sit for the exam on 11/30/11, and find out you passed in December, and you'll be fine. But if you don't sit for it by November, 2011 (and find out you passed), you'll lose credit

Just make sure you take it before the date it expires, not just in the month. For example, if you took the original exam May 15, 2010, you must take the last exam by November 14, 2011. Good luck!
