I didn't listen to Phil and I didn't pass

Yeah, so I have the Yaeger study course. He recommends spending about 120hours on Reg over the course of 2 months.

I definitely half-assd it. I spent 30 hours the first month and 30 hours the last week before the exam and I got a 60. Thats 1 point for every hour I studied. So I think its pretty fair to say, that had I spent the recommended time, I would have passed.

Its actually pretty reassuring. The additional 60 hours only need to add 15 points to my score.

The only thing is, will my 2011 study materials be adequate for the 2012 exam?

I use them too – I emailed and Bonnie said that there aren't many changes, so 2011 study materials should work for 2012.

Sarah, does the 2011 materials being sufficient apply to all sections?

I think so – this was her reply when I asked about AUD, REG, and BEC (I am using the full course):

There are minimal content changes from 2011 to 2012, so feel free to go with your 2011, just check our site throughout January to see what updates, if any, we have posted.

Sarah, that is awesome news. I was like “there is no way in hell i am spending another $1500 to get the updated materials.” Although I am the dummy that bought the full 2011 course in August when I only had one test scheduled in 2011.

I was SO happy when I got her response! I bought the entire course in April thinking I would be done by now – yeah right! I still have at LEAST two to go, though I'm not feeling too confident that I'll pass BEC, either.

Good luck to the two of you.

    6-7 weeks @ 20 hours a week is recommended.

Good luck to you, as well, JRL!

And thank you for that information, Jeff.
