I have never taken the exam with TBS before, BEC was my first exam. do you just do the ninja bank of TBS?

If you havent ever fill up a tax form, then you should get started with the tax form sims. They are overwhelming, but once you get the hang of it, you will do fine. Remember all sims for REG are taxation only. If you see business law sims, you can skip them, they are not going to be tested in the real exam. Also, unlike BEC, the other 3 exams are a race against the clock, so you might want to time up your mcqs so that you have around an hour and 15 minutes for REG sims. For FAR I recommend close to 2 hours so that you can figure out the sims as you go.
