Hi everyone! I have been reviewing REG the past few days now and have been doing pretty well when I redo the multiple choice for each section (in Becker). But I am having a somewhat difficult time keeping the differences between C corps, S corps, and partnerships straight. I know I saw a few weeks back a few links to charts that distinguish them but I cannot find the post for some reason. Do any of you have some cool websites that explain the differences and similarities? Thank you!
