I just realized that REG is only a 3 hour test instead of a 4 hour test. How much time did you leave for your simulations?

Also – Does REG have 30 MCQs per testlet? My mind has been in a haze the last few days but if I remember correctly from when I took FAR, each testlet had 30 MCQs but you were given 4 hours. I’m assuming REG has 24 MCQs per testlet.

24 MCQ's per testlet. I had an hour 40 minutes for sims.

@ LEAST 1.5 HRS/SIMS…24 MCQs/testlet…6 SIMS…Make sure to take your NTS with you along with a picture ID (DL) and/or your passport…Better be over-ready than sorry…lol

I'm trying to familiarize myself with the Internal Revenue Code from this website: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26

So that I can use it in the research tab of my exam. It's pretty confusing, I wish Becker had a lecture on how to research in it provided with the software like they did for the research questions in FAR

1 1/2 hours sounds about right. More if you can manage it. I put aside just over an hour and was rushed and almost didn't finish. A hour won't be enough.

Also, since its only 3 hours you might forego any breaks if you can handle it. I took about a minute or so “break” in my chair just to breathe and stretch.
