Generally Becker last chapter is always a mix bag of minute things…Can somebody tell me how much importance to give to this last chapter? Please share your experience or the important topics that you felt were crucial from exam perspective.

Or simply I am wrong assuming the same thing here again!

I don't have any prior experience with REG but I would think that business structures and agency should be covered pretty well.

It is important. Don't ignore it. At least have an idea of what the topics cover. If you have Ninja Audio, listen to that and do some questions. It's not too hard but just little details that could show up on exam day.

Business Structures and Agency Law are topics that I'd know. The rest skim over. Remember R6 – R8 are only 20% of the whole exam so it's not likely to get a question on the really obscure topics but I'd still skim it just to have a general idea of what things are.

BEC - January 2015 - 81

Used Becker online. Who needs a text when you can burn your eyes out staring at the screen for months on end?

I had maybe one question from R8 (I skipped the whole chapter) as I was running out of time and wanted to review tax over law. Didn't have much law at all either. Took my exam on 2/28/14.

I re-read what Becker told me to: Business Structures and Agency law on the week before my exam. Sure enough, saw enough of it to be thankful I studied it.

Learn taxes first, but you definitely need to decent understanding of the concept / memorization chapters as well in order to the pass REG.
