How is it possible to remember all these adjustments for REG?

    There are adjustments for AMT, ACE, book vs taxable income, and E&P for distributions from a corp. They all are different. any tips for remembering these?

    BEC - 84, 4/6/13
    AUD - 77, 5/28/13
    REG - 83, 4/12/14
    FAR - 83, 10/3/13

    Ethics - 90% 4/24/13

    150 unit education requirement met!
    Work experience met!

    I would suggest using mnemonics. That's what helped me. I'm not sure if we are allowed to post mnemonics from study materials on here or not. You could do a search for it and I'm sure you'll come up with hits.

    You don't try to memorize, as there are just way too many. Just try to understand the concept behind it. Truth be told, the questions involving calculation is much simpler on exam than MCQ we pratice preparing for the exam.

    FAR - Aug 2013 Passed
    REG - DEC 2013 Passed
    BEC - FEB 2014 Passed
    AUD - MAY 2014 Passed

    BSEE = who needs accounting degree to pass CPA exams?

    I haven't studied REG but it should be okay to post mnemonics. People post mnemonics all the time in the BEC forums
