How effective is Adaptive Learning? REG

I am in the Adaptive Learning part of the Ninja MCQ. Should I just click the MCQ button and do those multiple choice questions? Or should I keep going doing custom sessions with all categories checked and selecting new questions only? I feel that my averages from the Adaptive Learning MCQ’s are not accurate because I am seeing several questions that I have already seen, with 802 question attempts. I have a trending score of 71.5%, and average of 68%.
