Does anyone warm-up before studying? What’s your routine? read notes first, flash cards,read a chapter or jump right into mcq’s. 11 days left, I want to squeeze any and everything out of these days. (I’m not changing the date again)

I think everyone is going to have a different method for warming up effectively. For me personally, sitting still for long periods of time makes me extremely bored and eventually tired as a result. About a half hour before study time I go grab a 5-hour energy, and eat a little something. This will help you stay focused, and keep you alert or awake enough to continue working through questions.

As for what I dive into first, I usually review the hand written notes I've accumulated over the process and then I jump into MCQ's.

I always do at least 20 MCQs from an area that I know I am good at to help boost my morale. I find that if I do badly I get frustrated and start to lose interest. Like spamthespaz I have an app with brain waves on it that I listen to. It gets me focused oddly enough.

I tried doing 10 mcq's without reading notes and bombed. So I did another mini burst of 10 and still bombed. I think I am going to read my notes for a min. I am pretty sure I have written these questions and answers in my notes already somewhere. I tried to listen to the white noise but it froze several times. This is going to be a long day. I need to get on a roll. I also have a brain focus cd I guess I could dust it off…….

@tncincy is it the Kelly Howell one? I bought her cd a few years back before I stumbled on the brainsync app. Anything to be focused and get this exam out of the way.

Yes I live in TN, this cd was actually for my son. I bought it 10 years ago, and my husband uses it to work out. Not anymore….I don't know who it's by it came with 2 cd's actually. One for 10 min focus and the other for and hour or two. It's supposed to help focus and memory. I forgot all about that cd. I'll find out who made it.
