Business Law 101 states that a contract must have a legit offer AND acceptance.
On page 71 of the REG book, it says the UCC Sales Article requires this or the sale of goods contract won’t be enforceable.
Does that mean all “sale on approval” contracts (ones with a trial period for the buyer) are not enforceable?
