I Feel like I have the opposite problem than the general public where I feel pretty good about the tax calculations but I am wondering how detailed the business law questions are? A lot of the Becker multiple choice questions include small details that I don’t know if I would remember on the real exam! If I understand for the most part what is happening in the BLAW chapters but don’t remember the small details is that okay??

Many of the mcq you see in review materials are previous exam questions. You can Google previous AICPA REG questions to get a feel for what previous exams have asked.

They usually give you a common scenario and you get 4 multiple choices 2 yes and 2 no. If you land on the right outcome, you have 50% on getting it right. Select the most coherent reason of why yes or why no and you will get it right. Difficulty is reasonable and not too detailed
