Which chapters should I focus on the most?

My plan is to obviosuly read through every single chapter and all of the materials, and do all of the problems, but I like to know which chapters to focus on more than others if possible.

    Thank you

Never mind, I see you posted this in the REG forum, so I'm assuming you are asking about REG. ((Note: Most people respond from the “most recent” list, so they don't see it's for a particular section))

Let me preface this by saying you really need to know all the material (including ancillary stuff) because each candidate has a different test and you never know what you will get.

Business law: Know contracts inside out, agency inside out, differences between 1933 and 1934 securities acts, etc.

Tax: The trick here is to know individual taxes inside out, know what information is on K-1s for S-corp and partnerships, know what stuff is self-employment taxable, and know what items change (and how) for AMT. Know how the stuff on the corporate and partnership returns relates to what is on the individual return. Know property transactions (1231, 1245, etc) inside out and understand boot versus gains/losses on like-kind exchanges.

That's kind of what sticks out at me, people feel free to add on.

    AUD - 92
    FAR - 73, 82
    REG - 72, 82
    BEC - 84 DONE!!!!!! 🙂
