For those who took REG, what were your % in Becker/Wiley Test Bank?

    Hello everyone,

    I am studying for Reg right now, just wanted to see those who did pass and/or those who failed, what were your overall % when doing the problems for these 2 review courses?

    Also, do you think the combination of Becker+WTB is sufficient in preparing me for the exam?

    Thanks in advance!

    I'm not sure these statistics will mean much… But I did all MCQs in Wiley 3 times. Got 85-92% on my 2nd & 3rd attempt for most topics. I passed REG with an 83 but I was totally surprised with my score because I thought that half of the simulations were totally insane.

    Becker & WTB should be sufficient if you understand the topics. I used Roger & WTB.

    FAR: 81 (May 2013)
    BEC: 81 (July 2013)
    REG: 83 (August 2013)
    AUD: 82 (November 2013)
    California CPA since 1/30/14

    I got 90-100% using only Becker. Got a 98 on the exam.

    Using both of those courses to prep is sufficient.

    I just wanted to get a general idea of what to aim for while doing these problem sets over again. Thank you for your inputs! If anyone else has taken Reg, your responses are appreciated!

    On the 2nd time around. I was getting anywhere between 85%-90% in the individual sections of the MCQs in Becker. Also I was receiving 90s in my progress tests (R1-R8). I thought I was just memorizing the problems since they seemed familiar but I got a 90 on the actual exam when I took it in July so I'm assuming I actually understood it.

    For every exam i usually go through Becker questions 2x (initial and then final review) and if i get mid 80s and up on the final review stage, I'm satsfied and move onto the next section. Hope this helps!

    REG - 7/20/13 --> 90
    BEC - 8/30/13 --> 85
    AUD - 10/6/13 --> 93
    FAR- 12/5/13
