Federal Taxation of Entities – Keeping the rules straight

Does anyone have any tips on how to keep this crap straight? All the different rules are nearly impossible to keep straight and really defy logic at times. With C Corps, S Corps and Partnerships it is making my head spin. Thinking logically when answering MC for REG is a great way to get a question wrong. Only getting about 60 to 65% on the Wiley test bank…

I have no idea how I am going to keep enough of this information straight to get a 75…

REG is the worst one of the 4, no doubt.

Are you using Wiley for REG? I just finished the Corporate Taxation module in the Wiley book and there is a great synopsis and comparison of C-corps, S-corps, and partnerships at the end. Very helpful.

    FAR: 65, 77!
    AUD: 72, 72, 80!
    REG: 64, 84!
    BEC: 83!
    Ethics: 98!
