Hi all,

I got 70 in regulation from CA board..I’m very upset since it is my last section.. I’m worried if i can clear it next time..I’m having Becker 2009 version..Is it ok if i use 2009 material for April/May 2010 window?..Any tips/Advice would be very helpful.

jpmcom, I used the 2009 Yaeger Homestudy and was told it was OK for 2010. I failed REG the first 2 times, 73 & 74. Now, I'm un-patiently waiting to see if I passed it on 3rd try? I'm hopeful, but I just checked the loophole and still NO word…

BEC=77, FAR=78, REG=73,74,80, AUD=70,69, 84 DONE!

I just received my grade, 75 on reg. I took it twice and only used becker 2009. I think I got new simulations. I also failed Audit in Oct. I took it over on Feb 1, still waiting for grade, only used Becker for that to. I guess it can't hurt to try something else. But I feel if I can pass Reg with Becker anyone can.

I took REG back on October 12th and failed with a 68 (didnt find out til the week of christmas). I just received a passing grade for FAR so now my REG retake is the only section i have left. I used Becker for all of my studying and am still using my Becker materials for when i re-sit in March. On Beckers website there is an update section were you can receive the information that has been updated from the 2009 edition of the text and there are an additional 40 or so MC Q's on there as well. be sure to look over that information as well and you should be just fine with the 2009 material.
