Does anyone know if we are required to know the Dodd-Frank Act? I know some parts of the act were only until Dec. 31, 2012. I am using Becker 2012 material.

Yes. I do believe that it could possibly be tested. I am not sure as to what extent tho. I also use Becker and its questions are very limited. Are you supplementing with any other materials?

As Jeff says in the audio: be generally familiar with it. One think that he stressed was the Volker rule (spelling?) that could be a prime test subject.
