Do we have to know UCC for the new Reg exam?

    I noticed Becker skips over it, but I am still seeing Ninja MC questions on it in my review. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

    @MyCousinVinny – From my understanding, UCC Sales Article 2 is not tested on the new exam and neither is Commercial Paper.

    Side note: Love the username. As an Italian, i have 2 cousin Vinny's HAHA.
