Hello- I’m reviewing on stock redemptions. Would one prefer dividend rate or capital gain rate? In this scenario, I’m a shareholder. There is the instance I’m seeing of proportionate share remaining the same when a stock is redeemed and it being treated as dividend income ( up to CEP). Thanks all!
