Started Business Law R6 (B1)) Chapter and got a 68% on the multiple choice my first try for contracts, felt like a struggle with every question. Averaging 75% and trending 80% overall in Ninja MCQ. Taking an unexpected trip to Vancouver British Columbia tomorrow morning for work, going to completely ruin my study schedule (try to get in 25-30 quality hours a week)! And taking exam August 6.

And wanting to and have to sign up for Auditing, and I think I may have to Re Apply and pay the full Application fee because Idaho & me being an idiot. And not mention I have depleted my savings studying and trying to pass this exam. And have to take out debt to finance the application/nts fee . Feeling overwhelmed, demoralized, and like breaking down. I need to pass Regulation!

Your scores sounds like you will do just fine. Trust me, the business law section is hard to grasp at first, but you will get it. I believe your avg and trending scores with NINJA is very good. Usually candidates score up to 15 points higher on the exam than their average score. Also, you have about a month left. Finish up chapter 6 this week, I recommend doing some progress tests on the older chapters once you finish up chapter 6 so you wont forget too much material. Then move on to chapter 7 and 8 next week. You should have plenty of time to review until your test after that. I see you got a great score in FAR. I'll send some luck your way for REG. Sorry to hear about the money issues but once you passed these tests, so many more doors will open up for you. Btw – Is your NTS expiring for AUD next month or something?
