I was wondering if anyone could help me understand the calculations with the corporation & shareholder basis. I know this can be a very broud area, but at first I was thinking the calculations were similar to like-kind exchanges of partnerships. It seems the more MQ’s I do for corporations….the more I answer wrong. Any suggestions or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
