Commercial paper is going to be the end of me… I just do not get anything to do with commercial paper.. I’ve done all the MC once.. and this is my second time so far I have done 8 questions.. 1 right!!!!!!

Was Commercial Paper tested heavily on any of the exams?

Whats the problem with commercial paper? What don't you get?

Its issued commercially by large companies NOT banks or the gov't. Hence “commercial.” Its short term and unsecured. Thats it.

Is that all I really need to know? It seems that every question I see has another requirement for someone to be a HDC or for it to be negotiable.. I guess i've just never seen this stuff thats why.. I am pretty comfortable with the other business law topics.. just commercial paper/negotiability/hdc.. it boggles my mind..

My suggestion:

Make a list of HDC's requirements and have it next to you while answering questions. Also, a list of the “priority” order of those that are not HDC's might help.

ahh, this is for REG?? i told you what you need to know for BEC. REG, well that was a long time ago, so its 100% purged. However, just keep reading the answerst to the MCQ on Commercial Paper and it will sink in.

Im taking notes down for all the MCQ's, and I will review all notes before the exam to refresh my mind. I just need to keep pounding these MCQs until it sinks in..
