For those that have taken Reg, approximately what % of questions were from Business Law topics (excluding Contracts and Sales)?

The only thing I’m really comfortable with in Business Law is Sales and Contracts. I’m trying to decide how to spend my last two days cramming.

I took regulation 4 times and in that some tests had 5-6 questions, some had 60% of all Blaw and very little tax. Depends on which test you get. You need to understand all of it, since each test is different for each candidate.

I thought once i pass the cpa exam, i will be indulging in a menajetwa, the ladies are saying NO WAY……

I cant name simulations, its illegal. All i can say is that every thing relating to Tax, C- Corp, S,Corp, M-1 adjustments, Estates, Taxes, Partnerships basis, etc etc, is fair game.

Its very random, it can be anything. They can test you on very little minutia as well. Be ready..
