So the tax part of REG is my main focus, but are there business law topics to review more than others? I certainly won’t be brushing it aside and would like to know what to concentrate on.

I'm also studying to REG. It seems like the things to focus on are the following:

1. Principal-Agent relationship (liability)

2. Notes and Drafts (identifying the types and how to interpret them)

3. Secured Transactions (what constitutes attachment and what constitutes perfection)

4. Contracts (whats a valid contract, breaches, damages, common law vs. UCC)

5. Bankruptcy and the Securities Act 1933 and 1934

6. Distinguishing b/w the different entities

Don't worry too much about it, because like you said it is only 20% but its certainly good to know as much as possible from those sections b/c you need to get as many points as possible on MC.
