The 50% election for 2013 bonus depreciation does not appear to have been extended to 2014. Is this still true? Will it be on my REG exam next week?!

As far as I know it hasn't been extended yet, but that could very well change as late as January-ish. Others have said that “extenders” like that won't be tested, but I don't know for sure.
